10 Steps for a Youthful Appearance

“You are as young as you feel”

But however young you may feel, time always will catch up with you. After you become 20 year old, the aging is starting, there is nothing you can do about that. But there are some steps who can make your appearance look younger than your real age.

Step 1 Make sure your skin gets the right care, don’t go playing the beauty-specialist yourself. There are people who studied the subject and can tell you what is good for your skin and what isn’t.

Step 2 Stop smoking and go easy on drinking alcohol. Smoking blocks the oxygen supply to the skin and makes it dry out. Alcohol also doesn’t help you skin. A glass every now and then won’t hurt you, but drinking on a regular basis will speed up the aging.

Step 3 Be good to your hair. Make shore it gets treated well. At least twice a week, use a good conditioner. And like with your skin, take advice from people who know.

Step 4 Take up scrubbing. It’s important to get rid off dead cells on your skin. You can do this with a good scrub. Afterwards a shower and rub yourself with a good bodylotion. Do this at least twice a week.

Step 5 Sun cream is the keyword. The sun is lovely, but the enemy for your skin. Always make sure you put on a sun tan cream or lotion with a high protection. It will take a little longer to get a tan, but it also will take longer for your skin to age.

Step 6 A very important factor is having sex. Not only this is a very pleasant activity, but every time you use up about a 100 calories.  It gives you a mental boost and takes away a lot of tension from your mind and body.

Step 7 Try to avoid stress. Stress won’t flatter your skin. Always try to put things into perspective, your body will benefit by it. It will make you look radiant. It will also make you sleep better. Your body can’t do without enough sleep. A well rested body will look younger.

Step 8 Eating healthy is very important. Make sure you get enough vegetables, fruits and grains. Instead of the traditional three meals a day, try to eat smaller portions divided over the day. It wil help you to keep of the snacks. Also make sure you drink enough water, it will hydrate your skin.

Step 9 Sports!!!! If it’s swimming, running, riding a horse, football, or whatever… Sports will keep you fit and young. Apart from that, you feel beter after doing your exercise.

Swetting out all the frustrations while hurting your body. It also helpes you to get a fine figure, which makes you feel well. It’ s a win-win situation.

Step 10 Keep a positive attitude. It will make you feel better, and will have a positif effect on the people around you. Be good to yourself and you really are as young as you feel.
