Our daily life looks very different from five thousand years ago. Our society seems to go faster and faster. We have a 24-hour economy, live day and night, have very busy agenda’s full of meetings and obligations and daily we put in all our energy on a much demanding job. As a rule we own more and eat more than we need. But still we are seldom satisfied. There is something missing in our lives. Angent questions keep popping up in our minds or even keep us out of our sleep: who am I? What do I really want? How do I get really happy? Difficult questions on which only you can find the answer.
Develop your mind
A healthy dose of spiritual knowledge is an excelent way to learn to know your best friend, namely your own soul. There are enough possibilities to train your mind: zen, kabbala, yoga, advaita vedanta, you name it. You get more control on your thoughts, have more inner peace and develop more self-knowledge. The result? Personal growth. Spirituality is a unique and very personal research field.
