Entries for the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 submitted.

The entries for the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen Denmark (May 6th – May 10th) have been submitted today. Now, the countdown to this year’s contest can begin.  

Heads of the delegations of all  participating countries gathered in Copenhagen today for the latest updates from the contest and submit their entries.

This means that all the entries will also be officially presented on on the artist profiles.

One of the first updates was that the preliminary dates for the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest, its 60th edition – will be held on the 12th, 14th and 16th of May!

The delegations also got a sneak peek of the stage and the video-clips between of the entries.

The event will be held at the B&W Hallerne, a former shipyard, which  will undergo all necessary improvements to be able to host the television shows in May. The choice was approved by the European Broadcasting Union. 26 broadcasters are participating with their contestant in the Grand Final while juries and viewers in 37 participating countries will vote. As the host country, Denmark will be one of the contenders in the Grand Final. The running order for the Semi-Finals will be revealed by the producers in the weeks to come. The running order for the Final will be revealed shortly after all the finalists have been chosen.

Who will be the lucky winner this year?

We think one of the favorites will be the Netherlands featuring the COMMON LINNETS  with “Calm After The Storm”. Look and listen at the video above.
