Fendi Peekaboo Bags 2014 designed by 10 famous British women

Fendi Peekaboo bags by famous British women for charity project Kids Company

The Italian fashion house of Fendi is organizing a charity project, for which famous British women are designing a handbag for the brand. Together wit the Fendi atelier Personalized products and  Silvia Venturini Fendi, models Cara Delevingne, Jerry Hall and Georgia May Jagger, illustrator Tanya Ling, actresses Gwyneth Paltrow and Naomie Harris, singer Adele,  architect Zaha Hadid and journalist Kate Adie have all come up with a Peekaboo design handbag. The bags will be at the new boutique of the brand, located on New Bond Street. They will be auctioned on www.fendi.com/peekaboo-auction from 1 to 30 May. All proceeds will go to the charity Kids Company/

“Growing up in a family of strong and pioneering females, I am excited that such iconic women, leaders in their own fields, have been involved in this project, on this iconic Fendi bag,” said Silvia Venturini Fendi, the granddaughter of the founders, Edoardo and Adele Fendi. “This project will not only allow us to work with these incredible women, but also to raise valuable funds for Kids Company and help support their important work.”
