Giambattista Valli gives a dose of couture to jeans label 7 For All Mankind by collaborating on a special Spring collection. The president of the jeans label, Barry Miguel, speaks highly about the Italian couturier: “Mr. Valli appeals to an international audience and is a great power in terms of designs and couture. ” Giambattista told about the new collection that the ‘happy’ look is completely produced in Italy and made from Italian fabrics. ‘ I love to collaborations and 7 For All Mankind is the ultimate jeans label. Giambattista Valli got carte blanche while designing. This has resulted in so-called lipstick jeans: jeans with a matte layer, executed in red or pink. The collection is going to be released in two parts, one part will be available in February and another in May. In the first part of the collection, the designer worked with graphic animal prints. For part two, the designer comes up with seven different jeans in blue shades and plenty in store for lovers of fluorescent colors and white lace.
Previously Giambattista Valli worked together with Macy ‘s, and Nokia and he has a long-term partnership with Moncler Gamme Rouge. Giambattista has a very busy season, in september he introduced a second ready-to-wear line, Giamba. It is also isn’t the first collaboration with a designer for 7 For All Mankind, earlier Emilio Pucci and Zac Posen teamde up with the label.
