The creative directors of the Italian fashion house Gianfranco Ferré, Stefano Citron and Federico Piaggi have left the brand, reports WWD. If they left voluntarily is not known. After two years, the designers suddenly announced their departure.
The last show of the designers was the Spring/Summer 2014 show. They have always received high praise for maintaining the design style and quality of the deceased founder Gianfranco Ferré. Both the designers and the label will not comment on the matter. Although the brand has stated that by the absence of a creative director they probably won’t be showing a Fall/Winter collection for 2014 at the Italian catwalk.
