Helmut Lang makes comeback with its perfumes
Austrian Fashion Brand Helmut Lang has announced the re-introduction of three of its classic beauty products ‘Eau de Parfum’ and ‘Eau de Cologne’, from 2002, who were created by Maurice Roucel and ‘Cuiron’ that made its debut in 2002. Helmut Lang stopped making perfumes in 2005.
Now the house has made the bold move to recreate their signature perfumes, in a currently quite weak fragrance market. The scents feature opening notes of lavender and rosemary, with dry notes of cedarwood, musk, vanilla and amber.“It’s reminiscent of the smell of sheets after a man’s been with someone,” Maurice Roucel says about the creations. “It’s sensual, but in a very refined way.”
