Dutch Designer Henriette Tilanus wins a prize in the H&M Design Award competition.
Previously we reported that the Dutch Henriette Tilanus had made it to the eight finalists of the H&M Design Award. This award ceremony is organized for the third time this year to help getting young designers started in their career. Today it was announced that Henriette got the most votes from the public and thus won the People’s Award.
The young designer, who graduated from ArtEZ Institute of the arts in Arnhem, wins a three-month internship at Erdem. On Twitter, her collection, titled ‘ Let The Dust Settle In ‘, is described as inspiring, sophisticated and creative. H&M reports on their website that they totally agree with these descriptions.
