Spinach and Chickpea Hummus

Chickpeas and Spinach the perfect dip – For any flavour or seasoning, chickpeas are a perfect base. Put together with spinach for a lovely color, this leads to a perfect dip.

Put the chickpeas, the spinach the tahini, olive oil and lemon juice all together in a blender, ad a little carlic and stir to it becomes a pasta. Ad water until the consistency is to your liking.

Ingrediants (4 people)

400g (13oz/2 cups) canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
60g (2½oz) spinach
1 tbsp tahini
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small garlic clove
About 125ml (4fl oz/½ cup) water
